What Your License Gives You Access To

Each LocalPNW market license includes access to a curated library of professionally filmed, color-graded footage captured specifically for that location.

Depending on the market, access typically includes:

  • Short-form and long-form video clips

  • Neighborhood and lifestyle visuals

  • Establishing shots and scenic moments

  • Evergreen footage designed for reuse over time

Markets may continue to develop over time. New footage releases, when available, are offered separately unless explicitly included with your license.

This isn’t stock footage. It’s a growing visual foundation you can build on.

How You’re Allowed to Use the Footage

LocalPNW footage is licensed for your marketing and communication, not for resale or redistribution.

You don’t need to credit LocalPNW publicly.

You’re welcome to use the footage across:

  • Social media posts and reels

  • Email campaigns and newsletters

  • Listing presentations and property marketing

  • Websites, landing pages, and digital ads

  • Client follow-ups, announcements, and touchpoints

You can’t:

  • Resell or sublicense the footage

  • Share the footage library with other brokers, teams, or businesses for their own use who are not covered by your license

  • Package the footage as a standalone product

Working with Editors, Assistants, or Marketing Support

You may share LocalPNW footage with your editor, assistant, or marketing support team solely for the purpose of creating content on your behalf, as long as the footage is not reused, redistributed, or repurposed for other clients or businesses.

Access should be limited to people directly supporting your licensed use of the footage (such as editors or marketing support).

If you’re ever unsure, just ask. The goal is to help you use the footage confidently—not limit you.

How You Access and Use the Footage

Once access is granted, you’ll receive instructions to view and download footage for your licensed markets. Footage is delivered digitally and organized by location to make it easy to find what you need.

You can:

  • Download clips as needed

  • Reuse footage across multiple pieces of content

  • Integrate it into your existing workflows and tools

There are no ongoing shoot schedules to manage and no deadlines to hit. You work at your pace.

Market Availability & Access

Market availability varies

Availability is based on:

  • Existing footage coverage

  • Licensing capacity for that market

  • Office or team-level exclusivity (when applicable)

If a market isn’t listed yet, you can request it. Demand helps guide where the library grows next.
